I WOULD DO BUSINESS AGAIN I am a difficult car buyer. I am a natural skeptic. I am also realistic when it comes to car buying. When visiting I dealt with Ruben. I did not immed I am a difficult car buyer. I am a natural skeptic. I am also realistic when it comes to car buying. When visiting I dealt with Ruben. I did not immediately feel like I was dealing with the classic scam artist car salesman.. He was straight forward and explained the price quoted on cars.com was with $3K down payment which all car dealers have some type of down payment in their pricing. Most people would feel scammed at that point, but I have been to several dealerships and they all do it. I was able to negotiate the price to a reasonable price and decided to make the purchase. The point I want to make is that some things did go wrong before finalizing the sale. But, the steps taken to correct what went wrong is what I was impressed by. I work and deal with customer service and I thought their actions to correct what went wrong was admirable and worthy of notoriety. The manager Bob did exactly what a manager should do. That is make the customer the most important part of the process. Overall, they realized their errors and did everything possible to fix the errors. Their credibility with me is intact and I would do business again with them. More

False Advertising Picked a vehicle set appt. to see vehicle brought paperwork, had cosigner with me, I was told nothing they could do for me. That was it. Apparently loan I had almost paid off before accident didn't count. Commercials on radio pack of lies. Even sat and waited for rep. to return from picking up child. Will speak to my legal council about ad and false advertising on next appt. Word of mouth goes a long way, will not recommend . I needed a vehicle because I work long hours and spend most of my time driving from town to town. Because of a accident I have to borrow a car just so I can keep working until the legal issues are completed. All the way around I being punished for no fault of mine. More

Worst place to buy Worst place I ever went. I asked for a specific car that they have in their lot. I called them to find out about it. I don't have good credit and I do Worst place I ever went. So they told to come in you're aproved and you don't have to put any money down. I live in CT and it was 3 hours drive from where I live. Once I get their they made me fillup a credit app whithout showing me the car and after that they want 7 thousand down then they'll show me the car. Very unprofessional and they lied about anything to get you to their door. So please don't get screwed. They could massup your credit before even showing to the car. More

(0 STARS wasn't an option) The price on the internet was suddenly reflective of a $3,000 down payment, once I expressed interest in the car. I talked them down to within $1,000 of the "posted" price and bought the car, because my daugter liked it. Since then, we have had multiple issues with the car, which they either knew about and chose to ignore, or weren't thorough enough in their inspection of the car before putting it up for sale. They did fix one issue, but I had to leave the car back in RI for several days. The next issue they ignored and still have not bothered to respond to a certified letter I sent them. Totally unprofessional. Really ethically questionable place. More

The defects to do fall under the RIGL statutes governing used car purchases, however; customer satisfaction should be more relevant. This is why many people abhor the idea of buying a used vehicle. Profit margins supersede customer concerns once those papers are signed. More
