Drove 50 minutes after inquiring about a car. and Mr. Miguel Reyes neglected to tell me that it wasn't on their lot. I sent a customer inquiry via their website in regards to a beater commuter car. My wife and I are in the market for two cars. One for me to drive back and forth to work on and another for her to do the soccer mom thing in. I was preapproved for about $40k. This car I asked about was a $2000 mechanics special. This should have been a pretty simple mini-commission for someone and the kicker would have been the second car I needed for my wife. Something posh and suitable for her. I drive rust-buckets. It's just how I am. I should have known better because Mr. Miguel Reyes, the salesman who returned my email, did not out and out and tell me the car was available. But like a schmuck I drove on in to see about picking up a new rust bucket for me, and to see what kind of car I could have picked up for my wife. I arrived on the lot, asked about the car and got the "Well, the website sometimes shows cars that aren't on our lot." My wife asked him point blank if he had known the car was not on their lot when he told us to come in and talk to him. He said no. I FIND THIS VERY HARD TO BELIEVE. The lot is about an acre in size. Either Mr. Miguel Reyes of Hertz Car Sales of the Tri-Cities is a fool of a sales man who has no clue what's available for him to sell or he's a liar. Mr. Reyes did not look like a fool to me, so I have assume it's the latter. The really sad part is I had purchased a car from this same lot years ago. I still have it. It's my commuter (that used to be my wife's sedan) that's giving up the ghost on me. I came back to Hertz because they treated me so well the first time around. I was looking forward to a positive experience and Mr. Miguel Reyes of Hertz Car Sales of the Tri-Cities ruined it for the dealership. More

When I sent a message asking about financing after bankruptcy I was surprised at the quickness of their response. I didn't expect much help because I had just filed bankruptcy but Rick did more then I could ask for and got my a great interest rate, and put me in the car I wanted the most, a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I was very apprehensive working with a dealer after my last car purchase and being pushed into a car I never liked but Rick was helpful, friendly and patient. I wont use another dealer again, Rick is my go to person now. More

When I emailed the Hertz website to find out about a couple of vehicles I was surprised how fast they responded. It was amazing! A lot of your options on the website were totally different from what was really included on a specific vehicle that I wanted to test drive. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO ME AS THE CONSUMER!! However,everyone at the local Pasco dealership were very helpful and tried their best to answer all of my questions and concerns. Perhaps the website should be more exact at what all the options on each car is really available. In the end-I did purchase a great car and I thank them and kudos to this dealership for helping me choose the best vehicle for me:). I had not been in the market for buying a car in over 20 years! Imagine my surprise to find a relaxed and confident atmosphere with this dealership versus all the pressure that I was expecting. WOW! Stress reliever:) I will definitely recommend Hertz from Pasco WA as a buyer friendly and honest dealership. Now if I could only get my windows tinted and perhaps a factory number to access the keyless entry option?? THANK YOU! More
