He said he was fairly new to subaru, but you'd never know it - he knew a ton about the vehicles and answered every question I had. He was super accommodating when I asked about running numbers for different scenarios (if seen other sales people get frustrated in the past lol) to find what worked for me, and was very transparent when it came to the pricing breakdown. The only crummy thing about the experience was that the finance office was super backed up and I had to wait a few hours even after my car was ready to go. Staff was kind, apologetic, and kept making sure I had snacks during the wait. Other than that, its a nice place to buy a car! More

In beginning of June my son’s ( stationed in Okinawa Japan) car needed a New York inspection. And I’m located in South Jersey. I noticed that the exhaust sounds a little bit louder than normal. Came up with Prestige Subaru in Turnersville. Called service for an oil change. Had the pleasure of having Angelina help me. I explained exactly what was going on with the car and that I needed an oil change. Appointment available following day. All said and done it was an exhaust manifold crack . By time oil change completed Angelina already had all the information I was in need of for the fix. It’s a known issue with Subaru. But it’s wasn’t a recall, Subaru just issued a customer awareness advisory. So my son emailed Subaru of America and lo and behold they offered to pay half of the repair. Angelina got everything set up and before I know it the car was being serviced. Working with Subaru of America for payment. I could not ask for a better experience and customer service provided by Angelina Pino. She was phenomenal very professional and full of knowledge.
