I would like to update my review with miller Subaru. After speaking to management, they have addressed my concerns and since then resolved the problem. Management has gone above and beyond to follow up with the concern. I am very grateful for this.

This is the 2nd time I've worked with dealership and I will definitely be back again! I started the process via phone on a Saturday and was able to drive off the lot in my new car with a great deal on Monday afternoon! Mike was attentive and so awesome to work with. He said he was fairly new to subaru, but you'd never know it - he knew a ton about the vehicles and answered every question I had. He was super accommodating when I asked about running numbers for different scenarios (if seen other sales people get frustrated in the past lol) to find what worked for me, and was very transparent when it came to the pricing breakdown. The only crummy thing about the experience was that the finance office was super backed up and I had to wait a few hours even after my car was ready to go. Staff was kind, apologetic, and kept making sure I had snacks during the wait. Other than that, its a nice place to buy a car!

Will and Stephen made the car buying experience for us a breeze. We weren't anticipating purchasing a new car when we did, but when we went in, they made us feel welcomed and confident in our purchase. Since we were using an insurance settlement to pay the downpayment, the financing process was quite flexible and they allowed us to come in the day we got that settlement to finish the transaction - even though we brought the car home on the first day. Extremely helpful since we were out a car. Will spent nearly four hours with us as we worked through decisions and we left having a great experience and a new Subaru Outback. Grateful for those two.
