Unfortunately it wasn't rectified. Your dealership should not use the KBB appraisal tool, and they should not tell people that they will give them the KBB appraisal amt. my KBB. appraisal was $23,310, i was initially offered 16k, then 17k. My car was extremely well cared for so the lowball was not justified. Set expectations and you can avoid aggravated customers.
