The salesperson, Hermes, and the first finance guy tried to overcharge for Toyotacare, and upon asking what I was paying for, they couldn’t even get me a straight answer. I skipped Toyotacare but still purc to overcharge for Toyotacare, and upon asking what I was paying for, they couldn’t even get me a straight answer. I skipped Toyotacare but still purchased the cars. After the sale, Hermes repeatedly told me I had to give a 5 on the surveys otherwise it made him look bad and could get him fired (I have a text message from him to my personal cell to prove it). I might have given one more star if he hadn’t pressured me. Sorry, but I felt like despite buying two new cars at one time, there was no consideration other than what they could get out of the deal. Two people had warned me about bad experiences there before I even went, but my sister purchased a vehicle from the same dealership and had a good experience, so I gave them the business. Now that the transaction is over I will never return. More

We went with our daughter to look at a pre owed CRV listed online. We were told the gray car was “having minor body work done”. Showed us another car which we test drove. Asked to get the numbers on t listed online. We were told the gray car was “having minor body work done”. Showed us another car which we test drove. Asked to get the numbers on the car. Given numbers on the gray car having body work. Corrected salesman. Left for over 15 minutes (again). He came back to tell us the car we test drove was the actual car that had been sold. Total waste of 1 hour 45 minutes. When we said it was a total waste of our time, he said “well me too”. He was a total jerk and rude when we were less than happy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP More
