After I paid the deposit and subsequently bought the car I learned that I no longer matter as a customer. I had to wait for over an hour to meet with Finance and finalize paperwork and this was a cash deal I learned that I no longer matter as a customer. I had to wait for over an hour to meet with Finance and finalize paperwork and this was a cash deal no financing. The following day the car began displaying oil change warning messages, I contacted my sales person to ask if the oil change was done and never heard back. The same sales person who was extremely polite and responsive just a day ago stopped responding to my text messages. It was clear the sales person doesn't care about repeat business. Once the car was sold, I no longer mattered as a customer. More
