Zero care for the customers. All they care about is selling you services you dont need and lied to multiple customers on 2 separate visits I’ve had. Took my wife’s vehicle in for All they care about is selling you services you dont need and lied to multiple customers on 2 separate visits I’ve had. Took my wife’s vehicle in for a clogged AC drain line and they wanted to charge over $1400 to unclog the AC drain line and dry out the carpet. This is after they held the car for approximately 8 hours just to let us know that this job isn’t covered under warranty due to a “spider web” blocking the line. I guess bumper to bumper coverage doesn’t apply at this dealership and they must be wizards to know what’s clogged in the drain line without cleaning it out. After telling them to stop the services, I picked the car up from the dealership and unclogged the drain line in 5 minutes at home without any tools needed. Don’t believe me? Try a quick YouTube or google search on how to do this. Pathetic and sad to see a dealership service center that only caters to money and not customers. The only reason I ever go is because of Toyota Care but I’d rather pay elsewhere for services I’d need. More
