Jeffrey Cicero was accommodating despite me arriving late for my appointment time. He was friendly, took the time to field my questions asked clarifying detailed questions and seemed like a real advocate for my vehicle and driving experience. He has never promised anything that he has not delivered, and manage my expectations well, working with text to answer my detailed questions and have service completed before promised time. Waiting room facilities were kept relatively clean along with restrooms, and the coffee choices made waiting quite bearable. I would suggest with management if the dealership could provide Wi-Fi it would save many like me the need to use hotspots through our cell phones. The extra "guest workspace" was a wonderful option for staying productive while waiting for service. Overall I am appreciative of the integrity and pride of service that all Toyota staff at that location have demonstrated 👏 More
