Not only I was turned off I reluctantly worked with Mr Pena and after several minutes of haggling which I never thought I would encounter I reached an agreement to pay for 2022 Highlander in cash. Both Hermes Pena and Ryan Stewart in Finance both agreed in principal to hold the check until June 16 but Prestige Toyota went ahead and cashed my check on June 14 instead while I was moving funds between accounts. I cannot understand why Prestige Toyota would not honor my request of holding my check until June 16, 2022. I don't understand why Hermes or Ryan didn't bother to call to ask if they could cash my check yesterday? I would never recommend any customer to work with Hermes Pena nor Robert Rago! More
I came here because another Toyota dealership (in Las Vegas) was dishonest and said I needed to repair my engine. I came here, and was told that I didn’t need any repairs at all.
