I and many others waiting for service we’re told they needed to have other repairs done. It was a hard sell and not just suggestions. My issue was a wheel alignment after 3000 miles on a car barely drive needed to have other repairs done. It was a hard sell and not just suggestions. My issue was a wheel alignment after 3000 miles on a car barely driven. Most dealers have these Bs strips you drive over and more times than not an alignment is necessary. It went from a 4 wheel to a 2 wheel and both were the same price. I explained that I drove over the strips at an angle so it wouldn’t be accurate. He said the mechanic inspector the car and said it was essential. More BS. Free service is worth what you pay for it. will go to my private mechanic for now on. Someone else needed new bulbs because her recent CPO car had aftermarket bulbs and that wasn’t covered. I forgot the other complaints with other drivers. More
