My experience with Prestige Toyota was wonderful. My father has purchased a couple of cars through this dealership so when it came time for me to buy my first car (I am currently 23) I went there. The sales associate, Christopher D’Onofrio, was respectful, knowledgeable on the cars, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. The finance manager, Brian Trainor, was able to explain everything in a way that made sense to a first time car buyer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota as well as anyone who wants to see a well run dealership. More

I purchase one to two cars a year so I can tell the difference between a good dealership and a bad one. I usually do my research well before I go to the dealership and call them to verify that the car difference between a good dealership and a bad one. I usually do my research well before I go to the dealership and call them to verify that the car is available. I called the dealership and spoke with the internet sales reps. They were very helpful and verified that the car was available and provided some info on the car as well. I informed them that my prior visit to the dealership was very discouraging because I had the misfortune of working with a salesman that was unfamiliar with the truck that I had gone there to see. The salesman was clueless and couldn't answer the simple question of "what was the length of the truck's bed?" Needless to say I didn't buy the truck that day and I was treated rather rudely. Now I am in the market for a different truck. I scheduled the appointment two days in advance and was assured that I would have a different salesman and the truck would be ready to go over and test drive. I arrived as scheduled for my appointment and directed to a salesman who had no info on the truck. After waiting for over twenty minutes I was Informed that he could not locate the truck and that it was not on the property. The salesman disappeared for over ten minutes again , came back and informed me that the truck was being "certified" at another location and that it was not ready. This was a huge inconvenience for me .I have one day off a week, and at this point it appeared that I had wasted my morning. There was no concern for my situation from the salesman and there was no manager available to speak with me. I left the dealership and made numerous calls to try and figure this situation out. I left messages with the internet sales person and was connected to the voicemail of one of the managers. There has been no communication or explanation from the dealership. This is an extreme example of UNPROFESSIONALISM and INCOMPETENCE! Don't visit this dealership if you are used to proper service. These guys are a bunch of clowns! More
