Booked online through the dealer’s website and when I arrived was told I didn’t have an appointment. Despite showing them the appointment in my iPhone calendar that was added by their system they insiste arrived was told I didn’t have an appointment. After much back and forth they eventually did service my vehicle but it seemed as if they thought they were doing me a favor. No-one ever apologised or accepted that their system was at fault. More

I like this dealership a lot. Nice personnel and an excellent operation. My main objection is with Toyota. I bought my tires from another dealership when I lived in Passaic county. I could have boug excellent operation. My main objection is with Toyota. I bought my tires from another dealership when I lived in Passaic county. I could have bought them from Costco and they would take care of my tires for free for the life of the tires. But I thought that if I used Toyota for any type of service I would be developing a relationship with the company that would benefit both of us, but no. My tires needed repairs and rotation, cost if I bought through Costco - $0.00, cost through Toyota same as if they were bought anywhere else. Now I'm not saying there should be no cost but if you want to attract and keep customers you should make them feel that they got their monies worth. More
