I brought my car in for service today to Jeff Cicero. He told me it would take 90minutes. I said I had to get back to work could he make it quicker. He did. My car was ready 30 minutes earlier. Although I have leased 4 Toyotas before the RAV 4 that I know own I never brought my vehicles to Ramsey Toyota for service because I live in Rockland. I scheduled a 7:15 AM appointment on my day off. From the minute I drive up and was let in through the automatic doors until 1 hour later when I drove out it was nothing but a pleasant and positive experience. I was greeted by a pleasant women who took my car and directed me inside where Stephen the service rep took all my info. He was friendly, informative and very professional. The place was clean and coffee offered. Got a text from Steve while I was waiting to text if I needed anything. seemed like no time and my car was done, washed, vacuumed and ready to go. Even thought it’s further away I will continue to bring my car there to be serviced. Very good experience!! More
