I scheduled to visit the place to trade my toyota with a new one, I drove 1 hour to get to the dealer , Carlos was standing by the door and as soon as I got in and explained to him why I was visiting the st new one, I drove 1 hour to get to the dealer , Carlos was standing by the door and as soon as I got in and explained to him why I was visiting the store, he tried to explain to me the price is so high because of lack of inventory and he didn't want to waste his time to negotiate the trade. I left the store but before leaving,I returned to the front desk just to let them Know I was present at my appointment. Again he saw and walk towards me, when I was talking to receptionist and said to receptionist I already helped him, then told me , "I told you it has no benefit for you to trade your car" and began to start repeating what he told me before. May be he was right and try to explain the situation honestly, but It was very unpleasant experience and an unprofessional act to reject a customer at the front door without trying to make him satisfied. He could have at least offered a seat or calculated the numbers to show the trade situation in numbers and then let the customer decide. More
