Great first service experience. I asked to wait for the car and I received it back after a little over an hour. The dealership is spotless and the service reception area is brand new. The pros are the dealership had a good inventory of pre-owned vehicles and the preowned vehicles were pretty clean. The salesman I worked with continuously made follow-up calls with me to keep me info pre-owned vehicles and the preowned vehicles were pretty clean. The salesman I worked with continuously made follow-up calls with me to keep me informed of any pre-owned vehicles that arrived that met my criteria and and was within the budget price that I was looking to pay for a car. The salesman negotiated with me to get to a fair price that met my criteria. The cons are the dealership charged a $799 dealership fee. Other used car dealerships I visited didn’t charge any fees. After I decided on a car to purchase and did a test drive I signed the contracts and the car was given to me. To my shock and dismay I was given only one key remote to the car. The salesman never informed me that the pre-owned car only had one key remote. When I was sitting with the salesman and signing the contracts he had multiple key remotes on his desk next to the contracts to be signed which made it appear that the car had multiple sets of keys remotes . I had to go to an outside professional auto locksmith to have an extra remote key made and programmed for car because Toyota would not provide an extra remote key and wanted to charge me more than the auto locksmith. I’ve bought pre-owned cars before and always received two set of keys. I’ll know next time I purchase a pre-owned car to make sure and check there are two keys. When I questioned the salesman why didn’t he tell me the car only had one key before I decided on the purchase his response was that he did inform me that there was only one key to the pre-owned vehicle. That was a lie. That’s why salesmen have a bad reputation. More

This dealership puts the customer first Steve was my service consultant and while my car was being worked he kept me informed about was being done to the car. They worked overtime to fix the power stee service consultant and while my car was being worked he kept me informed about was being done to the car. They worked overtime to fix the power steering issue that I had with the car.
