It was the best experience with a dealership we have ever had. We had found a used car online that they were offering and within minutes of our inquiry, we heard back from them. No up sell on anything and no pressure sales tactics. He went over the vehicle from bumper to bumper and made sure we knew this vehicle inside and out. From the time we walked in and walked out with the vehicle, it was only two hours. That’s an all time record for us. A special shout out to our finance person, Montes, who took good care of us and was a complete gentleman who made sure we got the best deal possible. More

And I noticed that my name and birthday on it was wrong!! I truly don’t understand how this could happen. We waited 4 hours for them to prepare my documents and they do take additional money for that, but they failed to simply copy my information from id !!!! We were too tired that evening because we waited too long, that is why I didn’t check were the info correct. Well, to be honest I didn’t eve think that they will make those mistakes! So after I called them saying about their mistakes, it took them 5 days to send me new documents for signature! And of course, they failed to send my plated, even though they promised that I will receive it on time! So now I ended up with an expired temporary and no idea how I’ll get to my work!! More
