However, picking up the car took much longer than it should have. Appointments don’t seem to matter to this dealership. Management’s attitude is once you have made a purchase you have no standing if the dealership is busy. They do not warn you that it could take hours nor do they apologize for the inconvenience. They don’t seem to know how to be considerate or respectful. When I expressed my anger to the sales manager, who did not even introduce himself, I was told I was nasty.There are many ways to handle theses situatuations, all apparently elude this Management. More

I don’t think I’ve dealt with a person in parts or service that wasn’t personable, accommodating, helpful, professional, or interested in going the extra mile. I’ve had three vehicles serviced here ov service that wasn’t personable, accommodating, helpful, professional, or interested in going the extra mile. I’ve had three vehicles serviced here over years, and have lived closer to other dealerships but consciously choose to come back here. I don’t love the higher dealer prices and some overly costly maintenance items that come up that I know I could do myself, but the high attention to customer service and someone selling the service with a smile on their face and being upfront and direct with the info sometimes wins me over and I am ok with losing that struggle once in a while to save time and have peace of mind. I will say that some of the technicians doing the work out back are great, and some do not have the same attention to detail... enough so and on enough occasions that I almost decided not to come back. But each time I had an imperfect job completed, in some cases resulting in a return visit to the dealership, the service advisor and support staff went out of their way to accommodate, and in my eyes made up for it. Whether it was a loaner vehicle on the house, a service advisor personally coming out and cleaning up after a careless cabin air filter replacement left a ton of debris in the fan and inside the glovebox, or the time taken to get in the vehicle and drive with you to listen for and diagnose an elusive differential growl... the advisors, valet, check-in/cashier, and (most) technician staff have been good to me and my vehicles. The comfortable and accommodating waiting room and close proximity to a diner and Burger King also help for the occasional extra long wait too. More

Some of your charges are a bit high such as $51.00 to change the windshield wipers. That task takes 5 minutes yet you charged $30.00 for labor. You need to be a bit more reasonable for minor things.
