I dropped off my car to get a new key fob and have the tires rotated. I was also offered a complementary vehicle inspection which I accepted. The next day I got a phone call that the car was ready and tha tires rotated. I was also offered a complementary vehicle inspection which I accepted. The next day I got a phone call that the car was ready and that the brake pads had about 5000 miles left on them. I picked up the car but they couldn’t find the vehicle inspection report, Which was unfortunate since I wanted to see the measurements on the brake pads. Because they lost the report, they offered me a free Siriusxm subscription which I thought was a nice gesture. The cost of rotating the tires was about $50, which I thought might of been a little pricey. The price for the key replacement, $400, is obscene. More

They brook my hood latch and said they didn't so went half on cost. Told me I needed spoke plugs .when I proved had them changed and were supposed to last 100 miles he advised never look at the plugs s j half on cost. Needed a tire sensor replaced was advised it would cost 150 to check.as had to put on machine.I had done for 45 He had a hand held gadget which checked each tire did not have to be put on a machine.
