The Certified Pre-owned inspection sheet said there were no dents but there was a 6” dent on the back hatch. I didn’t see this because I saw the car in the rain and at night. When I noticed it later, I disc no dents but there was a 6” dent on the back hatch. I didn’t see this because I saw the car in the rain and at night. When I noticed it later, I discovered that it was in the pictures advertising the car. The bad news is that dealer said I had to pay for it. The good news is that they had a dent-fixing guy come to the dealership. On top of that, the car had a little trouble starting and I had to replace the battery. Some trash was left under the second and third row seats. I have had more satisfactory experiences with other CPO purchases. On a positive note, the salesman was straightforward. More
Well I have bought four cars from this dealer it is a good dealer , but this time I’m not too happy with it when I receive the car it was in clean the right way ,I was missing the lock for the Wheels and good dealer , but this time I’m not too happy with it when I receive the car it was in clean the right way ,I was missing the lock for the Wheels and I also forgot some items in the glove compartment of my other vehicle and I call my salesman the second day and he couldn’t find anything in the other car and nobody knows what happen with those items in the glow compartment that’s very disrespectful As a Customer for four years I really didn’t like it am I opinion about the dealer has changed because nobody knows what happen with those items went to service I spoke to the manager and service nobody knows nothing More

This deale Awesome!!! I brought in my 2019 Rav4 Hybrid in November of 2020 for the 15K service and two warranty issues to Prestige Toyota of Ramsey. This dealership went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was extremely pleased with the professional and friendly service Advisor, Krystal. The Service Manager, Ron was professional and very helpful with an fuel tank issue on my Rav4 Hybrid. A courtesy car was provided as the scheduled maintenance in addition to the Fuel Tank issue took a full day to complete. Ron called himself to give details of the repair. When I picked up the car the next day it was washed and looked great, Inside and out, and was even delivered with a Full tank of gas complements of Toyota . Overall, I was very happy with my experience with this dealership and will definitely be using them in the future. More
