Prestige Toyota of Ramsey

Bought a Certified Used car back in July. 3 months later I still have no received my second key which is included in a CPO vehicle. Rob has not returned any of my phone calls in this period and only when I still have no received my second key which is included in a CPO vehicle. Rob has not returned any of my phone calls in this period and only when i emailed his Sales manager did I receive a response by email saying someone will contact me. That was 4 weeks ago. Two weeks later after hearing from Rob for that first time, I followed up. Got the same response back. "Someone from the service center will contact me in a day or two" A week later no response by email or phone. I have left countless messages on his machine over these last months to no avail. I do not understand why it should take this long to program a new key or why I am unable to reach Rob by phone. This is unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. I will be updating this review to keep information current. Car was bought in July 2020 and i am currently writing this review on October 30 2020. More

I sat for 1.5 hours for a software update on my vehicle - to fix the issue I was having. Only to pull out and same issue happened. Turned around and went back and rep said to delete phone from pairing w to fix the issue I was having. Only to pull out and same issue happened. Overall my experience with Prestige Toyota of Ramsey is four stars. The process was smooth and fast for making an appointment, arriving, meeting with sales (Hermes...he's awesome!), taking the test drive, four stars. Then the process came to a screeching halt, unfortunately. There was a backup with the finance/business manager to close the deal, resulting in several hours waiting in the showroom/waiting room. Once the backlog cleared and I was in the business office, that process also went smoothly and quickly. I'm not sure if they were short staffed with business folks, or if it was just the 'complex' case in front of me (per Prestige's employees), but it was frustrating considering all I wanted to do was give them money, and I had a two hour drive to get home. In the end, all staff were very courteous, showroom was clean, COVID protocol was adhered to, etc. No complaints with any of that. I would recommend this dealership with all things considered. More
