We did provide a brand-new key but unfortunately, that is not going to work for anything because there is no car to program it too. The very fact that you could program the key to another Camry "if we bought it from you" would be the fact that we should be able to program our key to any other Camry, whether it was bought from you or not. We will contact you to see if there is any way you guys will resolve this and give us what we paid for.
