Poor customer service - after being told a routine service would take 90-115 minutes to complete I waited - 2 hours later my car was still not completed not was I notified it was delayed. At that poin service would take 90-115 minutes to complete I waited - 2 hours later my car was still not completed not was I notified it was delayed. At that point I asked personnel on site and was told it was delayed and in fact my service had not even been started. Since I had a prior engagement, at that point I took my car and left without the service being completed. I will give that service location 1 more try only before I take my business elsewhere. They should have informed me at the beginning or at the least during my wait as they had my cell phone number to call or text. More

High pressure, DISHONEST sales people is what you will get from Prestige Ramsey. Eric StHiliare (the manager) & Robert Rago (salesman) cheated us out of an electronic key that costs $500-600. Bought a bra get from Prestige Ramsey. Eric StHiliare (the manager) & Robert Rago (salesman) cheated us out of an electronic key that costs $500-600. Bought a brand new Camry SE at a premium, in March, just prior to showrooms closing for the Covid lock down. Got an "We owe You" for a second electronic key because they could not find it. Every time we called we were given the run around and told that the show room was closed or Rago was not available. Finally someone told us early July that we could pick up the key, but when we got to the showroom we were told by Rago that it was not there and that he had forgotten about the "We owe you" items and to come back at a later date. Unfortunately we lost our car in August so we went to buy a second car from the dealership and asked for the owed items, they said they would not give us the owed key unless we bought another car from them. Horrible, rude people & experience. Yani Lora was also horribly rude to speak to as soon as she heard we may not buy a car from them. Will never go back to this dealership even though they are closest to us. Should have looked at the reviews, they clearly have cheated people repeatedly. More
