Traded a Mini Cooper for a Toyota 4Runner with Prestige I've been a customer of the Prestige Northern New Jersey Mini dealership for over 15 years. The car I traded on the new Toyota 4Runner was my 3rd Mini I've been a customer of the Prestige Northern New Jersey Mini dealership for over 15 years. The car I traded on the new Toyota 4Runner was my 3rd Mini Cooper which was the John Cooper Works model. I originally chose Prestige because of my business activity in that part of New Jersey 15 years ago. And, since I live 3 hours away in central Pennsylvania, I developed a relationship with Prestige over the years for service and repairs. I've invested countless thousands on Mini Cooper and Prestige over those many years. It was time to change vehicles and the trade was for my son. He chose the Toyota 4Runner and Prestige (directly across the street from Prestige Mini) to perform the trade. Our local Toyota dealer was unable to give us a favorable value on the Mini because this is not a "Mini Market". The new Prestige recognized my loyalty and commitment over the past and was able to give us additional value on the transaction other Toyota dealers could not. Thanks to the respect for my money spent over the years we were able to save an additional $1500 more than our local dealership, whom I know personally. The 3 hour trip to Jersey was well worth it. I thank Joe, Sam and Chris for their efforts to make my son happy. My son negotiated the transaction and it was his first new car "deal". He did very well and I'm a proud Dad! More

Mostly Goid service Service for the first time done without approval. Although it was a minor thing I should have been consulted first! Not satisfied and shocked. Cabin air filter and air filter checked and advisor was directed to not allow this, due to both being K&N long life filters, which were cleaned before service and two long trips. Side marker light was changed without my approval & I was charged a ship fee and it was not explained. This is the first time I was not satisfied with service performed. Highly disappointed. More
