The dealership was able to talk to me about the cars I wanted on the phone w/o any pressure and very politely and with great patience for the customer. This second time they sent a car for us to Staten Island to come test drive the cars we were interested in since we were without a car to make the trip. The dealership is clean, modern, and comfortable and all the staff really nice and accommodating. Our salesman John was excellent and we now own another beautiful Toyota Prius which we love. Would only car shop here. More
Un-needed oil change I got a "maintenance required" message in my car around the mileage in the service minder sticker they put in my car last time I was there, so I sched I got a "maintenance required" message in my car around the mileage in the service minder sticker they put in my car last time I was there, so I scheduled a service. When I got there, the service representative (Tom Jacobs) told me the car was in the middle of the service cycle, so the car really didn't need service. But then he said: "Let me double-check". After a minute he told me that I was right and that the car was due for service: oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. So they serviced the car. Later, when I looked at the owner's manual maintenance log, I found out that the service wasn't really necessary. So basically they did (and charged me for) an oil change that wasn't necessary, knowing that it was not necessary, instead of telling me: "really, it isn't necessary, but we can do it if you insist". That's assuming they really changed the oil. What a bunch of slimy guys. More

First in, first out It is difficult for me to schedule a service appointment because I do not know when I can be available to bring in my car for service. On the day I do bring m car in, I make it a point to be early as possible to be the first car on line when the door opens. I am informed that my wait time may be longer because the technicians take care of customers who made appointments first. But technicians are always quick and I ended up leaving first. Maybe it was because it was a routine checkup on a lease car. But the service is first class. Nice lounge to wait in with TV and free coffee. If you are there in a Saturday, complimentary bagels are offered. Makes it ok to skip breakfast at home. : ) More
