The staff at the service center, including the gentleman I made an on line appointment for complementary 10,000 mike service. The process was simple. The staff at the service center, including the gentleman who accepted the auto, the young lady who greeted me inside and the service consultant, were all friendly and accommodating. When picking up the car upon completion, I mentioned my liicense plate frame was cracked and a new frame was provided. When I said I would put it on at home, the gentleman insisted on replacing the old frame with the new one for me. Definitely feel comfortable with this service center. More

Renew Lease This is the fourth lease that I have done with this dealership. My sales woman was great. She really helped me find the right vehicle. She was very This is the fourth lease that I have done with this dealership. My sales woman was great. She really helped me find the right vehicle. She was very patient and answered all my questions. My only issue is that as we were negotiating the price, I felt there was too much back-and-forth. The offers that were set forth initially were way too high versus what we eventually wound up working with. Personally, I don’t feel that that is necessary. I would’ve much preferred to skip the back-and-forth process and just be told the price that they would eventually except from the beginning. I want to emphasize again that my experience with my Saleswoman was fantastic. She was only an intermediary in the negotiation process. The gentleman who helped explain the features of the card to me was also extremely helpful. I also love the service department with this dealership. I have Had nothing but amazing experiences there. More
