Scheduling an appointment was not good online. I booked an appointment only to have someone call me later to try to get me to reschedule. Seemed to take advantage on pricing… was quoted thousands of dollars that I took to a local shop (and was only charged 150$ for work) No work is done on weekends for service… and for a look over took near of dollars that I took to a local shop (and was only charged 150$ for work) No work is done on weekends for service… and for a look over took nearly 4Hours. Total disregard for customers time. The manager sent his employees out to get him a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee… when the employee came back with the coffee… sent him BACK out to have them put more milk in the coffee. Will NEVER use this dealership for service again. They pray on customers over charge and don’t give a xxxx about the customers time. More
