Lillian and the service manager were professional, helpful, and made me feel like they cared about my problem. Experience wasn’t great. Had to pay another $800 for a boots(?) job after spending $746 for a 150,000 mile service check. Also when I asked the manager for my 10% loyalty discount, he was very rude & reluctantly gave me the discount. Labor costs are too high &VW no longer offers free car wash. It was difficult to schedule an appointment. In person service was so much better. Was offered complimentary service. But when it came time to pick up the car, I didn't receive a call despite me In person service was so much better. Was offered complimentary service. And the service desk did not pick up until i called the main desk multiple times More
