I wish I was told no pets in the loaner cars. Before I got there. I had my dog to take to the vet had to take him go back home and drop him off. 250.00 for a small pet, really is outrageous. The service once I got back was super! More

I’m only holding on to my Atlas because my new car has not been delivered. Number 1 reason I’m trading in my Atlas is because of the terrible service department at Prestige VW. I bought my Atlas numerous not been delivered. Number 1 reason I’m trading in my Atlas is because of the terrible service department at Prestige VW. I bought my Atlas numerous times for an antifreeze burning smell, and multiple times was told it was just venting. Twice I was charged for antifreeze when the low fluid level light came on but no leaks could be found. Had to bring it to Westchester VW to have the car properly serviced. The battery died and was told I had to bring it the Dealership because the new battery needed to be programmed to the car. Afterwards I called and asked multiple service techs and dealerships service departments, including the service department of my new car and all told me that I was lied to and it is untrue. Only reason I’m trading in my Atlas and not buying another one is because of Prestige. I would never recommend them to check my tire pressure. Westchester is by far a much better and honest dealership but I want a dealership that is in my town or closer than 30 miles away. Thank you for this opportunity to tell my history with Prestige and why I can not recommend their service department. More
