I’ve used this dealer in the past for diagnostic issues and they have been very useful. This situation I brought my VW Jetta in and already knew it was a cam shaft error message. Brought it into dealer and they have been very useful. This situation I brought my VW Jetta in and already knew it was a cam shaft error message. Brought it into dealer to get clarity on what it is since I’ve already had it fixed and was hoping they would be able to diagnose an electrical issue. I know from previous experience that Volkswagen have various electrical issues and was told I’d need to replace cam shaft and get an oil change($610). During that time I denied service because sounds like a rabbit hole of money being shed on a problem that’s not worth fixing. In the nicest way possible was a waste of money for a diagnostic testing due to already knowing the issue before I brought it in. More
