Very easy to get an appointment when I wanted it, the expected charges for the service were clearly explained beforehand, and Yasmin, the service advisor, was friendly and professional. No one ever called me about the car being ready. I had to call the service department 6 times after leaving a voicemail because I hadn’t been called back. Eventually, I tried for the parts department. He sai call the service department 6 times after leaving a voicemail because I hadn’t been called back. Eventually, I tried for the parts department. Charge more hours than actually needed. They say they would need to do something major to the car to get it fix and at the end they do something simpler but still charge you amount quoted. They don’t always know what is wrong with the car so you got to pay for the hours to educate them so they can find the issue. The o LG diagnose the car for what you think it’s wrong, instead of diagnose the whole car to actually tell you what is wrong. Which means, if they don’t find anything wrong with what you tell them they charge you $150 for the diagnose, if you want them to check something else they will charge you another $150. More
As always, service is impeccable at Prestige VW. Staff is really nice and efficient... the free shuttle they offer is an excellent convenience to the train station or to the local mall.
