Ronnie Landstrom was professional and very attentive to our requests regarding replacing our old Volvo with a new lease at a great price. I was not feeling well during the process but Ronnie made the process effortless. We were able to return our old car, sign the paperwork and were given instructions on the new car in no time at all. It was fast and easy. Ronnie was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and we felt very satisfied with his service. I would definitely work with Prestige Volvo again. More

I told her what I was looking to pay monthly and she help me get there and even help me beat my municipal credit union APR. I knew everything before hand and wasn't hit with any surprises when I got there. She even sent me a video walk around of the car before hand. Everything was upfront and honest. Lindsey was very friendly and personable. Jake, was also very good. Didn't pressure me with any add on's, made me feel comfortable and was very honest. Overall great buying experience. Definitely recommend this Dealer. More

The service department which is one of best in NJ, and I've been with a few. They care and listen and more importantly get the job done. My five star does towards two individuals. First, Deena Simmons who has helped me and my Volvos for over two year now, she couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable and I feet comfortable dealing with her when my vehicles need service. And then there's Patrick Beauford who has helped me with my last two Volvo's S60 & S90. He is always available to answer questions and he always has the answers. He has even offed to help me with my Volvo concerns on his own time. Great customer Service! Thank You Prestige!!! More

Deena was the Ser Please note that my 5 star rating is only for Deena Simmons and not for the dealership or anyone else that works at Prestige Volvo. Deena was the Service Dept employee in the beginning that took care of me and my Volvo XC90 when I purchased it from Prestige Volvo. She was very attentive, patient and understanding with my concerns and made sure all of my concerns were addressed properly. I thought her great work ethics was shared by her peers in the Service Department, but sadly, I found that not to be true. In June 2018, my car was taken care of by a different Service Dept employee. When I picked up the car, I found a deep scratch right in the middle of the driver side front door that was at least 12 inches long. Obviously, very poor quality control check (if any) was performed by that particular Service Dept employee before releasing the car to me. I told myself that I would never go back to Prestige Volvo after this disappointing experience. When my car needed service again, I went as far as making an appointment with a different Volvo dealership, but I couldn't forget the excellent service provided by Deena. That is how invaluable her service is, enough to bring me back to Prestige Volvo. Of course, this time, I emphasized several times to Deena that only she can take care of me and my car. So, if you choose Prestige Volvo's Service Dept - ask and insist for only Deena Simmons to take care of you and your car. More

He got my car into his shop same-day, and kept me apprised regularly on the progress. He even got me a xc90 loaner for an extended period of time while the car was being repaired. I just picked up the repaired car a few days ago and everything is good as new! Great service, great people, great responsiveness. I highly recommend. More

She got me the exact deal I was looking for and went above and beyond to have me happy with my deal. Jake in finance was also incredible. He walked me through the various warranty options, which I normally pass on, but he explained how certain warranties would benefit my specific situation and I bought two of them. He also checked many banks and got me the financing deal I was looking for. I drove down from CT to get this car and they did not take advantage of me not wanting to waste the trip. This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’m in my 40s, an attorney, and have bought many cars. I highly recommend Prestige Volvo, Tina & Jake!! More
No missed work and a new engine on 150K mile Vovlo This is our probably 6th or 7th Volvo with this dealership. We have purchased pre owned with warranty, new, leased, and continue to return there. Thi This is our probably 6th or 7th Volvo with this dealership. We have purchased pre owned with warranty, new, leased, and continue to return there. This time, my XC60 which I purchased pre-owned with warranty, has exceeded the warranty at this time, however I had complained of oil light on for a while. The car now has 150K miles. I was frustrated as during the warranty period they could not find the culprit. Now, out of warranty, light on again. I spoke directly with Jay Rosen, service mgr. He corrected the problem of no loaner in 5 minutes, and took my car. He found the problem, and was advised by Volvo corporation to replace only pistons. He knew that would suffice for the time being, but would not solve my problem. He advocated for us as loyal customers with Volvo corporation and a new engine was placed in the vehicle. It was covered under the prior warranty (or his budget; whichever), and I paid $1200 for the engine with all of the system flushes and cleaning so that the new engine would not have debris in the newly placed engine. He even spoke with family car mechanic/hobbiest out of state for me to ensure this was the right move as cars is certainly not my specialty. I had a brand new loaner for 2 weeks; only problem with that is that now I want the brand new XC60! He fixed it, performed all of the labor and due to our financial constraints is allowing a 2 month payment plan for the $1200. In the past he has also taken my husbands S40 which has even more miles on it and took it from another body shop which was assigned by Geico, and my husband brought it to him. He addressed the issues we had from the body shop including a new AC which was damaged in an accident, and not working, when the body shop said it wasnt affected. Jay Rosen called Geico, got a local adjuster with whom he works, and directed them come and evaluate. After they spoke w Jay, they agreed to pay for the new AC, which they did. My husband also put a lot of money into his 2006 S40 recently. Its an older car but running ok and we cannot afford a new car now. He did the fixes and saw the mirror cover fell off/was damaged. He told us he would find a part for us somewhere. He hasnt yet but offered, and maybe he will find one on an older car that isnt needed. It's sheerly cosmetic, so we can wait. He is a strong advocate, strong service mgr, and has a heart--he didn't want me to go around with partial fix and be back. He knows I rely on this car to commute a large number of miles daily into NYC. He has also fixed a flat tire in a pinch on our way to Boston; got towed there, no issue and fixed. Then we were on our way. He has authorized and ensured that nearly every issue is resolved and has gone to bat for us with Geico insurance company and with Volvo parts corporate for us. The staff associate Deena has also been very helpful, picking up an issue from her colleague who wasn't able to help us an Deena connected us promptly with Jay to fix the problem of no loaner there. He stepped in and handled and we thank Deena for being a great liaison and also customer advocate. She is friendly and understands when paying for all of these services are hard. She also saved us from an unnecessary scheduled large service as we had recently done some of the items anyway for another reason. She didnt upsell, so she has my trust as well. Bob is our usual go-to and helpful always, this time we dealt for the first or second time with Deena and we were very happy. Finally, General manager, Matthew Haiken is my go to for purchasing. He matches prices, and is fair. Thank you Prestige. We will buy our next from you too. . More

I never felt pressured or rushed even after the third test drive. Tina and Lindsey knew the cars inside and out and were incredibly helpful during the whole process. I cannot thank Tina enough for giving me her cell phone # and being super-responsive to my follow-up messages and inquiries, as well as for making sure I fully understood all of the car's features before leaving the lot. She is an excellent example of what a sales consultant should be. Jake arranged great financing terms and his expertise and straightforwardness were much appreciated. More
