Useless It's 2018, and if you're reading this you either have a computer or smartphone/tablet and shop online. Somehow, Prestige Volvo hasn't realized this. It's 2018, and if you're reading this you either have a computer or smartphone/tablet and shop online. Somehow, Prestige Volvo hasn't realized this. Their website has all inaccurate information. First, I've purchased from this dealership years ago, and had a good experience with our sales person Chris. I found him on the website and was happy to see he was still there; NO he isn't. Their website has a salesperson listed, that left 3 years ago?!? I was told by the receptionist that he left; when I replied "he's still on the website" she said she'll let management know. When I was connected to a salesperson to inquire about the 2018 XC90 (their website state they had several models to choose from) the salesperson told me they had none left. Seriously...the website does not have an accurate listing of sales people or cars. I thanked them for their time and won't be going back. Great cars, was a great dealership, it's just become terrible over the years. More

I entered defensive and can say without question that Lindsey was extremely attentive to my asks and not interested in forcing me into in any direction I was uncomfortable with. A good sales consultant enables me to achieve my goals and that is what she provided for me. Lindsey was not only consultative but extremely knowledgeable regarding the specifications of Volvo vehicles and her entire inventory and model range. She was attentive and patient with me and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. The confidence she had in Volvo products and services was on display by virtue of her honesty and willingness to let me make my decision. Once my decision was made, she assisted me through every step and ensured a smooth, stress-free process. Plus, she greeted my daughter with a teddy bear when we came to pick up our vehicle (little things matter). I’m happy as a result to be a Volvo driver and am looking forward to a true luxury experience. I highly recommend working with Lindsey if you at all have the choice! More

He found the perfect model for us and had it delivered. In going through the car features thoroughly he truly impressed us. I was perfectly content with my awesome VW TDI until the whole Dieselgate scandal went down. Even then, I would've bought another VW with my buyout money, until I saw this Ford Fusion Sport. Awesome car, but was it enough for me to switch? It was when I saw the listing from Prestige Volvo for a used, 2017. First thing I noticed is that is was the lowest priced 2017 Ford Fusion Sport on a nationwide search using one of the car apps. The other thing was that it had all the options. Ok, it doesn't have the Active Park Assist, where it parks the car for you. That's fine since I've known how to park a car for years now. But all the bells and whistles, and the lowest price? Had to be a catch somewhere. I sent an email asking for more info, and Tina (AKA Lady Fantastic) was in touch with me almost immediately. She took the time to do TWO video walkarounds of the car. She showed every inch of the exterior and interior, twice. Two times. She did this in a walking boot, having sustained a foot injury while saving some nuns from a group of muggers using her kickboxing skills. Oh, it's true. The listing also had the Carfax readily available to inspect. I asked her to send me a breakdown of the total price, all in. Very standard stuff. Taxes, title, tags, and the $399 processing fee was super reasonable (I've seen dealers with a processing fee of $1000+) No catches. Just a great price, on what was looking like a great car. Savvy me decided to negotiate for the next scheduled maintenance to be done before I agreed to buy. Tina called me and said that it had already been done, AND they put new brakes on its front and rear. I'll just shut up now and hand you my money. We agreed to meet up on a Wednesday evening. Delays caused me to get there a little before 9 pm. They close at 8, and although I am certain everyone wanted to go home after a long day, Tina and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and inviting. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and driving my Ford Fusion home. I had told Tina the day before that after I picked up the car, I was driving straight to White Castle for celebratory burgers. And guess what? She actually plugged it into the GPS so when I fired up the car for the first time, it was ready to take me right there. Yep. Oh, did I mention that I came up from the Washington D.C. area to buy this car? I did because that was the level of service and care I received from Tina and the rest of Prestige Volvo. Let me also mention that they are reimbursing my taxi fare from the airport, AND when I arrived, Tina told me that she accidentally did the calculations wrong and she overquoted me by $90. Most dealers would keep their mouths shut and pocket the money. Not Tina. Top notch, and high class all the way. If you're in the market for a new car and are within a reasonable distance from East Hanover, NJ, take my advice and contact Prestige Volvo and ask for Tina. If you don't, then you aren't very smart and I can't help you. The car's amazing by the way. More
