In need of a good pre-owned car I called and set an appointment with Steve Badian. He was on time and had the car ready for me to go. I had some questions of a more technical nature and Steve introduced me to Jay Rosen who was more than happy to sit with me and explain how at Prestige they check all their pre-owned vehicles and assured me this vehicle was in top shape and that if I had any issues to please give him a call directly. There were no high pressure sales tactics from Steve and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Steve Badian as a true professional as well as Jay Rosen and his team in service for a truly excellent car buying experience. More

Tina Bilokin contacted me promptly, answered all my questions and emailed me a very detailed "walk-around" video describing the car. I found it really useful that video focused on a few blemishes and scratches - things I would not have noticed myself. I made an appointment to test-drive the car. When I arrived, the car was ready - and it was exactly as described. Tina accompanied me on a drive, she was great - very knowledgeable, honest and zero pressure. I made a decision to buy 2 minutes into a test drive. Tina worked with the Sales Manager - Craig Melquist - to get me an even better deal. I asked them to see if they could match AAA rate on financing. Well, instead of matching, they beat the finance rate by more than 1% thanks to Craig's efforts. I traded in my car and picked up S60 on the same day. I cannot imagine a better experience buying a car. When my lease on my other Volvo ends, I am definitely going back to Prestige Volvo to get the next car. It is always a pleasure to deal with honest and professional people. More

I was happy with the price of my trade in, and the price of my XC90. I accidentally left the temporary registration at the dealership on Saturday when we were picking up the vehicle (it was totally my fault for rushing the pick up process so I could make Met game). Ron contacted me on Sunday and then dropped the registration off at my house that morning. Now that's great service! PJ Lee, the Sales Manager was also involved in this transaction and he was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ron, PJ and Prestige Volvo!! More

From Libby at the front desk who introduced me to Ronnie who took me to test drive two cars so I could decide which one would meet my needs to Bob Knott who explained how the service department worked, it was a pleasure. The Prestige Volvo operation is very easy to work with. You know that there are no hidden surprises. Ronnie worked very hard to help us find the vehicle that we like, and then found for us one that we really liked. When it came to the delivery, Ronnie really delivered the car to our house! He keeps checking to see if we have any questions. When he said "Welcome to the Volvo family." we already felt like we were treated like "good" family. Even though it was late, Steve took the time to review the car and answer all of my questions. I was happy with the professionalism of Steve and his knowledge of the car. We put together a great deal and went through Volvo finance at a great rate, The whole experience clear and easy. Friday came i drove the car home. Thanks Steve. You met my expectations! More
Rude interaction with service department I have had my volvo for a few years and some experiences I have had with the dealership service department have been great, and others not so much. My I have had my volvo for a few years and some experiences I have had with the dealership service department have been great, and others not so much. My most recent experience was horrible! I got a flat tire on the highway and was stranded. Luckily volvo roadside assistance was great, but once I was towed to the dealership it went downhill. I was told over the phone that they would not be able to fix my tire same day because it was near EOB, which is fine, but when I arrived, they looked at me like I was crazy and thought I wouldn't be coming with my car. How else would I have gotten off of the side of an extremely busy highway during rush hour??? And when I asked nicely if they had a loaner if at all possible, the one service associate rolled her eyes at me and acted like it was such an inconvenience. She was not empathetic at all and acted like I was in the wrong. Three people said to me that the tire would be fixed first thing the next morning, but it was not. I had to wait until 10 am to get my car back. They told me I was "lucky" that they could fit me in and that I "should stay away from those pot holes next time." Needless to say I was not pleased with my visit. More
