I had a great expirence first time dealing with Volvo. While we were on our way, Ryan made sure we are on the correct route to pick-up the car and has welcomed us at the dealership's door. Everything was ready for us - the car, documents, etc. It took us about 15 min to review and sign all the papers electronically in the finance manager's office: the numbers were exactly the same as we agreed upon verbally and in SMS - incentives, promos, negotiated capital cost reduction - no hassle, no sales pushes for service contracts, etc. Ryan made sure we have all the documents (temporary registration, new insurance cards, car keys), and introduced us to the technical manager Matt V. to review all the car's features with us! Should I mention that the car was cleaned, hybrid battery fully charged, and the tank is full? Ryan did a proper follow-up with us a few days later to make sure we like the car and everything is working!
