Had a fantastic experience with Jay Rosen, Service Director of Prestige Volvo in East Hanover NJ. Yesterday morning I had an issue with sensors disabling the car and requiring the car to be immediatel Director of Prestige Volvo in East Hanover NJ. Yesterday morning I had an issue with sensors disabling the car and requiring the car to be immediately pulled off the highway to an access road. I called Prestige and told them where I was and had no idea what to do as the car would not start. Jay Rosen of Prestige talked me through the situation and asked where I was and then surprised me by coming out himself to find me! Jay managed to start the car and I follow him back to the dealer where service was performed. Jay kept me appraised of the service work being performed and today, 24 hours after the incident, the car has been serviced, all issues resolved. Jay himself came out to meet me to explain the issue and to bring the car around for me to pick up. Outstanding service! Thank you Prestige Volvo...thank you Jay Rosen! More
My 2021 XC60 was in a horrendous accident. Tractor trail hit me sent me into a guard rail. Volvos are amazing, I walked away totally not injured. The car had $25,000 in damages. We just had our windshield replaced at Prestige Volvo and the experience couldn’t have been better. After a rock caused significant damage to our polestar2 windshield on a trip to CT, I called several r and the experience couldn’t have been better. After a rock caused significant damage to our polestar2 windshield on a trip to CT, I called several repair centers and couldn’t find anyone with our windshield in stock. We were looking at close to September for a replacement until I called Prestige Volvo and spoke with Jay Rosen, the Service Director. He asked a few questions (helping me find the information I didn’t know) and then searched the Tri-State area for a replacement. Within a couple days we had an appointment at Prestige Volvo for a replacement. The repair was done on time and professionally - no issues with the windshield since. They even washed the car, charged it, and dropped my husband at a local hotel while it was being repaired. If I hadn’t have been lucky enough to come across Jay, we’d probably eventually have had to get a rental until the car could be repaired. He went out of his way to help us - saving us a significant amount of money, trouble and time. Bottom line - great service center and even better Service Director! Thank you! More
