After purchasing over 20 new vehicles over the years, my wife and I decided to purchase our first BMW. Eli Ruchie, was our contact person, and always went above-and-beyond the normal rhelm of what would be expected. After we made our decision, Scott Presco came into play. Scott too, was a pleasure to deal with, and helped work out the details to our satisfaction. As I told Eli and Scott after purchasing our new vehicle, part of my decision on buying from a dealership is the start of a relationship. They have earned our business both current and future. All persons I have dealt with at Preston BMW are very personable and very knowledgable about products sold. You, as a customer, be it just looking and asking questions about their vehicles are treated w personable and very knowledgable about products sold. Having a vehicle serviced at Preston is enjoyable if you need to wait for your car; TV, coffee and use of a computer is available. If servicing of vehicle and you can not wait for it , a loaner is offered. I purchased my 2nd BMW from Al Schwartz. He will work with you and answer any and all questions; and if he can not answer, he will get the answer for you. Al has called after a few days to ensure all is well with you and your vehicle and ask if any questions may have come up that he can help with.
