I am more than happy to take time to write a review. I had small expectations on buying a late model car when I went into Preston's on Saturday, October 12, 2013. A new car would be only a dream. He went to work right away to see what he could get me into. The finance department was absolutely brilliant. Jamie Elliott started the process. He then had Sylvia Marsano helping to get the deal done. She asked me key questions that would lock in a finance deal. They went above and beyond. They made me feel special and better than I have felt in a long time. They even called Kelly Preston to help me upgrade to a better insurance policy. I love my car. It has great gas mileage and the price was perfect for my budget. I will definitely go back when I am ready for another car. I will also recommend them to anyone who will listen! More

Going into this I was very uncomfortable. As soon as we sat at Mason's desk he really calmed our nerves. Never once in the 3 hours were we there (which is fantastic time) were we left without anything. We sat at Mason's desk he really calmed our nerves. Offered drinks, snacks, and entertainment while we waited multiple times. The price of the vehicle was a concern for us considering we have 3 small children and one on the way, however they worked with us until the price met our price range and comfort . Again which was fantastic. I would recommend Preston to anyone I know. And as far as Mason.....you have a gold star on your hands! Thank you so much to your entire team, it is very much appreciated. We shopped around and could not find another dealer close at hand to match the price. They were efficient in terms of finding the car off lot and installing a remote starter. While a small item, when the deal was complete we requested a pinstripe, which they cheerily added at no cost. While a small ticket item, many dealerships tend to charge for everything. I'm not sure how they accomplished this, but we had the sense that the dealership holds high standards and employees support each other. We were told by a local (we are an hour, twenty away), "Everybody here buys from Preston. They move cars. They're great." And we would agree!! More
