The experience I had with this dealdership shows they were on the spot with a sales package. They contacted me daily and, made the appointment assessible to me. The overall experience became questionable when I got home and realized my vehcile only has one sticker instead of the two needed. But the whole establishment was quite friendly from beginning until the end of the sale when I drove my used car off the parking facility. All questions were answered, I believe fairly because I had a bit of a problem spending that much money and not having a warranty on my vehicle. I was assured that they didn't sell lemons. There's still the question in my mind about the one sticker. And, I was so excited that I drove off the lot without looking over the hood. I showed up late at the dealership and John and his manager stayed there an extra hour until I finished all the paper work and the test drive so I dont have to drive back again coz they knew how far I had to drive.
