As soon as I walked in the door I was impressed. I had just been in Beaver Falls at Morrow Ford, and needless to say, was not happy. I sat there and thought, ok, this is what it's supposed to be like when you walk in a dealership. Brandon was over to quickly to greet me and even though he seemed busy, he made sure he told me he would be right back and was apologetic which I really really liked. Just overall a great experience after that. He listened, was patient, and he will most likely get my sale because of that. This was a great way to test drive my first vehicle, I was already nervous enough. He brought me the exact car I had pictured in my head and I was amazed! Mind you, I had just been walking around another crappy car lot in 90 degree weather for an hour. Brandon found me the best deal on the lot, in the car I was looking for. He pointed out a few things in the interior that made our choice stand out from the others. Although very young and still gaining experience, his hard-working professionalism was evident.
