We had a little difficulty locating the Buick Cadillac show room, but upon entering we were met with a clean bright showroom and extremely friendly personnel. Nick Lagnese was the first to approach us. We were discussing why we were there and Nick started to show us the models available. Nick realized that he had an appointment with someone else and didn't waht to inconvenience them or us and brought Chip Chamberlain to take care of us. Chip took all the time we wanted to work with us in reviewing available models with no pressure or hard sell tactics which would have been a complete turn off and send us out the door. When we decidesd to purchase the Buick Enclave, Chip and all the personnel we needed to deal with to complete the purchase were very professional, personable, and thorough in all aspects of the transaction. It is not just the physical product that Preston Motors sells, but the personal attention of all those we encountered at the dealership which places Preston Motors above many other dealerships. When I made my first call to Preston Toyota, Dan Torsello was very helpful and thorough in understanding what I was looking to purchase. Once I got to the dealership, Dan greeted me with a smile and showed me the exact truck we talked about and we went on the test drive. As we were on the test drive Dan was explaining to me all the features and benefits of the Tundra and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Once we got back to the dealership we started to talk about the payments. I met with Walt and Ron who were part of the final agreement and they both were friendly and professional. Once Dan and I made the arrangements for me to pick up the truck a few days later, Dan stayed in touch with me keeping me updated with the few items I had the dealership add to the truck;spray in bedliner and handsfree bluetooth device. It was great, he sent me pictures to show the status. It was nice to meet a salesman that cared so much for his customer. The day we picked up the Tundra it was sitting out front all washed and looked great. Dan came to the show room with a great attitude and was excited to see me and my wife. We filled out all the paper work that Cortny had prepared and she, like the rest of the staff, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She also made the phone call to our insurance company and added the Tundra to our policy. It was a great help. With our busy schedules we didn't have to take the time to call the insurance company to make the change. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Dan and the entire Preston group. I would highly recommend Dan and the Preston Group to anyone looking to purchase a car in a no preasure environment by a motivated, knowledgeable and sincere salesman. I didn't need one, but, wanted to see. The payments are lower, though not by much. However, even a little bit is a help. And, I have a 2-year newer vehicle, which, I like immensely. Ron has always taken good care of our family (David & Jane Quinn & myself) in the past, & I appreciated his willingness to understand my position & to work within my parameters. Purchasing a vehicle is a trying, long-drawn-out, & a royal-pain-the-butt process, and Ron made it as palatable as possible. Did I mention I am pleased with my new ruby-red baby?
