We were up front w/ Khalil and he and the team made it happen. My husbands credit isn't the best, but they made it happen so that his name was on it. Khalil was honest and upfront and was not the "let's make a deal, so I get commission" salesman. He was respectful to our needs and was extremely transparent each step of the way.
