My husband and I called Preston Ford before we decided to go there and spoke to Neil Murray Sr. I (Jennifer) decided to go to the dealership alone to look at a new Ford Expedition they had on their lot. Neil Sr. was with another customer so Neil Jr. took me for a test drive. I LOVED the truck and decided to proceed with the purchase. At that point Neil Sr. took over and began the buying process with me. It was very intimidating for me to purchase a vechicle without my husband but both gentleman made the process very easy for me. We had already spoken with our local bank and had an interst rate quote from them. The dealership beat that quote and we were able to get a slightly lower interest rate. We were also able to get a reasonable amount for our trade in which simplified things for us. I really enjoyed my time with both of them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Neil Murry Sr. went out of his way to make the buying process as easy as possible for my husband and I, including a visit to my home this morning to get the necessary signitures from my husband. I appreciate all their help and I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment in my new truck. More

Mickey Henry was very helpful to when I inquired about a used van. He checked around to see what they had in stock and got back with me very promptly. Well hole paperwork process does take a long time, so the kids did get a little restless, but that is the same way at any dealership. I needed a dependable vehicle and my daughter talked to Ryan McCracken who found me what I really wanted and very quickly. Ryan handled getting my seats leathered just as quickly, answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was happy, even loaning me a vehicle while my seats were being done. He was so nice, honestly caring that I got the vehicle I needed and wanted. I got a 2008 Mazda CX7 with low mileage and I am extremely happy with it and with the service I received. The payments were where I needed them to be as well. I am horrible with names but the man that handled all the paperwork for the financing was very accomodating as well and went over the paperwork with me at my request again as I had some questions which he fully answered to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier. If you need a new or used car call Ryan McCracken. I had a very good experience at Preston Autoplex because Ryan really cared about me, not just selling me something.
