My worst experience EVER. I have never had any experience in any industry that was this worse to compel me to write a bad review online. PRESTON IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CAR DEALER. Sales people were very pushy in any industry that was this worse to compel me to write a bad review online. PRESTON IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CAR DEALER. Sales people were very pushy when I got to the dealer and kind of rushed me through the sale. They lied about the vehicle price, my credit score, and other hidden charges worth $10000 more than the car price. As soon as I noticed the extra charges that I didn't expect, I called them back within 24 hours of sale. They said the manager is not in the office, and the next day they said financial manager is not in and so on. They delayed to respond. And when they did 4 days later they said that that was what I signed and that’s what I get. IF THEY SAY YOU ARE GETTING DISCOUNT ON YOUR LOAN APR BECAUSE YOU ARE GETTING A WARRANTY SERVICE. JUST WALK AWAY.... They are dishonest, nonprofessional people. And when I argued about the extra loan amount they said that I shouldn't have bought a car if I can't afford it, when the truth is I just bought used car for 27k (including their extra charges). Also, they claimed that all the other charges I had signed (they lied about those documents when I signed) were not to be cancelled. As soon as I heard that, I called ford to verify whether I could cancel the warranty they said yes, I called my loan bank to ask how dealers could discount APR based on warranty, they said it’s a complete lie, not only this, I had problem with the car I bought 2 days ago, and I had asked my salesperson to help me and check the car for me, they were totally not helpful, did nothing... didn't even reply to my emails and phone calls. And finally asked me to go to their branch that’s 5 hrs. driving (round trip), when they have a service center 20 mins away from my house. THEY are THE WORST. So I risked to pay all the expenses of the car repair myself, and went to my local ford dealer. Thank god, they said my car was still under factory warranty and that I didn’t have to pay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS DEALER. PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY More
The overall visit was a pleasant one. The sales associate (Clara) was nice and pleasant however, when we decided to leave instead of doing a credit app, She called over her sales manager (Chris) w associate (Clara) was nice and pleasant however, when we decided to leave instead of doing a credit app, She called over her sales manager (Chris) who then assured us that he was very good at what he does and if we would trust him he would see what he could do. We had to leave to pick up our children up but were assured by him that we would get a callback from Preston one way or the other. That was days ago. Still haven't heard so much as a "you didn't qualify, try again in a couple months" or "sorry but we can't help you out". That is very poor customer service to say the least. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there and work with people who grin and lie in your face and don't have the decency to call back to let you know that you didn't qualify after begging to run your credit. More

Very poor customer service would never of bought from them if ot wasnt for the specific rare vehicle. I called to see if my new seats were in and they totally forgot to order them. Still waiting. I was in the process of an internet search for my truck when called by Neil Murray Jr. He was extremely helpful and went over their inventory in great detail as well as all insentives Ford was offering on when called by Neil Murray Jr. He was extremely helpful and went over their inventory in great detail as well as all insentives Ford was offering on the truck I was seeking. This lead to a test drive date set. I will add I live nearly 2 hours from this dealer and passed 4 dealerships to get to them. Neil is a gentleman of the highest caliber and I was made to feel I was his only customer although he made 4 sales the same day!! Once I had found my truck and we had agreed on a price the dealership became even more helpful with finance options I had not considered and warranty information that made my experience one that I will always look back on with fond memories. I also asked to meet the maintenance department and was given a tour of the facility and left feeling confident that any work they would do in the future would be of the highest quality. I generally hate going to dealerships from years of bad experiences. To say I was a hard sell is putting it very lightly. These guys won me over. Thanks for the opportunity to give them the praise they deserve, especially Mr Neil Murray Jr. More

I've never had a car sales man to be as open and as honest as Charles Flowers was, the man knows his job very well. He had us in and on our way in a new car which seemed like no time at all. I had been shopping around all week for a new car and got all kinds of run around storys, finnally i said thats it Im trying one more place and that was the best thing i could have done. When we got there and meant Mr.Flowers we knew right off that he was the best car salesmen we have every meant. I will not take my bussness anywheres else but to Preston in hopes that Charles Flowers will be there the next time i need a car, truck, or horse and buggy. More

He provided us with ease as we negotiated to our desired price range without being rude or pressuring us to commit to a deal we didn't feel comfortable with. My 2010 Ford Edge body work from a minor accident as well as a normal service check. After the insurance company was advised that I would take car to Preston Ford where I purchased vehicle, the next call I r as a normal service check. After the insurance company was advised that I would take car to Preston Ford where I purchased vehicle, the next call I received was from Cherrita Cox of Preston who was pleasant, organized and helpful. About a month later, I called Cherrita to schedule a time and she had a rental car(paid for by insurance) waiting when I arrived. When the repair was taking longer than planned and threatening an scheduled out of town appointment, Cherrita expedited the job. Cherrita was always on top of the situation and made sure I was advised immediately. She even read ny manual to explain to me how to correct a problem I was having with my radio.
