This is the second time we've worked with Mark Sonata of Preston Honda to purchase a new car. We appreciate that Mark's main goal is to help us find the car that is right for us. During our first purchase, he went so far as to make us drive/check out a car from a different dealer. This last time, he had us try different models, so that we could determine which model worked best for us. Mark also went out of his way to obtain the color we wanted. Not easy during the current car shortage. When we picked up the car, Mark spent well over an hour introducing us to the vehicle and its features. He said he is always available for questions and that he'd be happy to meet with us and the car again to continue the introduction to a new vehicle process. Mark also helped us to obtain the best deal on an extended warranty. Mark is the best! We also appreciate the time Nick Sormaz spent with us to go over financial and warranty information. He helped us to decide what was best for our needs. More
We drove 3. 5 hours round-trip to purchase a Nissan Armada. We told the salesperson that we would be using the vehicle for towing and taking youth and families in 5 hours round-trip to purchase a Nissan Armada. We told the salesperson that we would be using the vehicle for towing and taking youth and families in-country. He assured us that the vehicle was in great shape and would be safe. Turns out the vehicle's tow bar was rusted through the top and when we attempted to open the tailgate window the window fell off. And, when we took the vehicle out on the highway, when we went over a small rise on the bridge, the vehicle did a extremely disconcerting sway which shocked everyone, including the salesperson, who though I had done it (testing the steering tightness). Suffice to say, we left. More

After I visited another Honda Dealer and was totally insulted by the deal that was proposed to me for my trade, the deal was a retail price on the window sticker and wholesale on my car or by a price s insulted by the deal that was proposed to me for my trade, the deal was a retail price on the window sticker and wholesale on my car or by a price set by some out of sequence auction reports. I was dumbfounded at the least that the offer was given to me and I did not even ask for a revised amount of the trade valve since the offer was that far out of line. I did tell the salesman my thoughts and then walked out, the salesmen said he would see what could be done and will call me tomorrow, i told him that he could get me before I left the lot, and departed. I look over the r Honda dealers in the region and sent out an inquiry to Preston which a reply was sent within minutes. I called the Internet Sales Manager Vinny DeJohn, and we spoke on the phone Vinny said that he could help me and we set a time for the next day. tafter arrival and introductions I chose the model that I wanted, and then the deal came out although better than the previous dealer, we still needed to make a modification and all was said and done I drove the new CRV off the lot. Vinny has a strong way of creating confidence and followed thru on the work. I would recommend Preston and Vinny to anyone because of the reasonability on both sides of the deal.
