The only issue I had was that the interior of the car I purchased seemed to be untouched. My aunt, who worked at a Toyota dealership for 13 years, noticed the same thing. B/w the two of us, we felt that the interior should have been detailed at best...and spot-cleaned at worst. Don't get me wrong, the interior was essentially "clean" and the exterior was essentially immaculate. Just wanted to give some individualistic insight to help you out in the future. I'm still overly satisfied with my experience with you. Thanks again. Go Buckeyes! I am very happy with everything for the most part. Walt found what I was looking for, got me financed and had my new vehicle waiting for me within just a couple days. I have given Preston a 5/5 because it was awesome working with Walt and the other folks there were very friendly and personable. (Which is really saying something when it comes to the average dealership!) I went to a LOT of other places looking for my new car and talk to a lot of sales people and Preston was by far the nicest to deal with. The price was great too: Some of the other places I check out on line were significantly higher despite the Honda year-end sales and what not. It also would have been nice to know I could purchase gap insurance separately from the packages offered however, I could have asked. I assumed he would tell me if it was an option. I feel that I was pretty well taken care of in general though. I do have a bit of snag though, I found a few scratches on the passenger doors after I got home; as though someone leaned on it with a belt or keys on. I'm too short to have left those and it's my first NEW car: I'm still all protective about it. Today I noticed some good sized scratches on the plastic trim above the hood as well. No idea how they could have even gotten there without scratching the paint. That sort of stinks being that I bought it brand new and haven't even had to put more gas in it yet. Also, it would have been nice if they had taken that extra day to clean the inside a bit before hand but that's easily dealt with. (Although the soda spilled on the floor under the courtesy mat was kind of funny in a, "how the heck did that get there," kind of way.) Despite those few issues though, I am still impressed. I hope that any further dealings will be as pleasant. More
Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had! I walked away with the car I wanted at the price I wanted without any of the typical "car salesman" crap. They may not realize it, but they definitely have a customer for life...just because of the way we were treated during this purchase. Since I have a long commute to work (38 miles), I definitely needed a 4-wheel drive vehicle before winter arrived this year. After looking at a couple of other SUV models, I decided to check out the CR-V. Walt got back to me quickly after I requested a dealer quote online and offered me a price that was very reasonable. He also was able to get me financing at 2.9% because of my credit rating which I greatly appreciated. After taking it for a test drive, I was convinced the CR-V 4 wheel drive was for me. My wife really wanted it in black which I felt was really sharp also so they got one for me from another location just the way I wanted it. When I brought it home, I noticed it did not have an inspection sticker on the windshield but I know that it was because it came from another location which was no big deal. My wife and I love the car and were very pleased with how we were treated by Walt and Mike. My wife will be looking for a new car soon and we will certainly come back. More
