My husband and I both usually hate the car buying experience but R.J. made it a pleasure! This is our third new vehicle from Preston Hyundai and we will never go anywhere else. Our salesman was very friendly and helpful. When we originally bought our new vehicles two years ago, the entire staff was great. They make you feel very comfortable and are not pushy in any way. We are giving our daughter our 2008 Santa Fe because we know she will not have any problems with the vehicle. Originally I wanted another Santa Fe,but we replaced it with a new Veracruz. We did this all over the phone and when we got to the dealership to pick up the car, all the paperwork was completed and only took us about 5 minutes to sign. I hope when we are ready for another new car that Ryan will continue to work for Preston so we can deal with him again. Also we have never had a bit of trouble scheduling for oil changes on our existing vehicles. Staff at Millsboro are just terrific and friendly as the staff in Preston. More
My experience at Preston was positive from beginning to end. As a single woman, I am used to be treated as unintelligent and uninformed in many dealerships. This was not the case at Preston. No question was too small or unimportant. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction by Bubby Stuart. Service was courteous and prompt. All aspects of purchasing my car were explained. The service I received from a dealership is what is going to bring me back to buy my next car. My van broke down on the road last week while I was transporting five of my grandchildren, of course this was a to bring me back to buy my next car. My van broke down on the road last week while I was transporting five of my grandchildren, of course this was a very hot day. I called John Skalstad to ask for help and of course he understood why I was so upset when I told him I had five kids in the vehicle. He said he would send a tow truck and a vehicle to help us. After talking to John I received a call from the service dept acknowledging they were aware of my problem. They said they had called a tow truck to assist us and would be sending us a vehicle. Shortly after that call I received a call from the tow truck driver letting me know he was loading a vehicle on the flatbed and would be to me in about 30 min. That is what I call service. I was not sitting there wondering about how long it would take for service. Help was on it's way. There was nothing I had to do after my initial call to John. Everything went very quickly, it could not have gone any faster. Even the tow truck driver helped get the children into the new vehicle safely. I wish I could remember the service dept person's name and the tow truck driver's name, but at that point I was having trouble with my name. For me, this is what service is all about. This is what will bring me back to this dealership, PEOPLE WHO CARE. More
After purchasing my new Hyundai Genesis from Preston Hyundai, I was extremely with the total experience of dealing with everyone at Preston. They arranged to have someone drive my old car home for me (a Hyundai, I was extremely with the total experience of dealing with everyone at Preston. They arranged to have someone drive my old car home for me (approximately 50 miles). The next day, I discovered a small stain on the upholstery, and they sent out the general manager to pick up the car for professional cleaning. However, he was able treat the stain on site without taking the vehicle back to the dealership. With salesmen like Mr. Jackson and the general manager making a special trip to my house, this speaks volumes regarding the service you will receive here. I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends and relatives who may be shopping for a new or used vehicle. -- Clifford Cobb More

We wanted her to get a new vehicle without us having to co-sign. Ryan Walker took her information over the phone, told her what he could do and the next step was going to the dealership. Ryan met with her and showed her the vehicle she could afford and the next step was picking her color. She purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. We currently own a 2008 Sonata so the purchase is perfect for her. I can say I am from the old school and when someone treats me with respect and service like this, I am loyal to them, Preston will be my dealership for any car purchases. Thank you! More
