Number one is we were not detained by the sales experience all day long. The dealership was very efficient in not wasting our time on a holiday weekend. If we could have had that rate on sales day we could have probally afforded a more expensive vechicle. More

This was a great experience at Preston Hyundai. Lindson provided us the information we needed to purchase the vehicle we wanted and how we wanted it. Lindson and his Sales Mgr, John, kept us informed during the process and went over each detail about the Hyundai Sonata we were willing to purchase. The staff was very considerate and friendly. I have not had such an awesome vehicle purchasing time at any other dealership. We were not rushed to make a decision; and when we finally accepted the offer, it was a great feeling of how they understood exactly what WE as the car buyer wanted. I have known Carrie for a few years now and always said I would come visit when it was time for a new ride. I am now finishing my 2nd year in college and the time was now. My explorer (that came from Preston in 2001) had seen its day. Found a Ford Edge online randomly- not even looking in the market. Called Carrie--- said I just came across it on the net and had to see it. It was a change test driving such a sporty vehicle- but after having it for a day- knew I loved it enough to get rid of the Limited Explorer our family has had since 2001- bought with less then 10,000 miles. My mom drove our explorer long distance to work for many years until I got my license then it was mine. WELL HERE WE ARE TODAY- Explorer was great to us for 10 years and had over 170000 miles. But- the best is here- I get in my used Edge that is in EXCELLENT condition and think its worth every penny when I make my monthly payment. The staff at Preston like Carrie and Bruce are what make a great sale- but most importantly the follow up. The price was right and whenever I needed something after the sale they always had "their door open." Its characteristics like that to make a GREAT person- not just trying to make the sale but are there for you. Carrie gives 100% to her job and whole heartedly loves hooking people up with rides that they truly love and can afford. Great People I say and I love the compliments on my Edge. Just spoke to Carrie a bit ago and told her its like I just left the lot because I still get the feeling every time I drive. :-) Thanks Carrie and Bruce for helping me out!! I really liked buying my car from Preston Hyundai, although it is a very long drive from Baltimore. I initially worked with RJ and walked through the test drive and initial negotiations. The one thing that made me buy a car the same day i walked into the dealership is how RJ handled us, he was very supportive and was very transparent in all his dealings. But i would have liked him to talk to me more about the features, warranties, owners manual and the servicing schedule of the car, which he failed to do although he is a rookie salesman. On the other hand Bruce and Mike the sales and finance managers respectively were seasoned pro's, They did a great job answered a lot of my questions and did wade off my first time car buying anxiety. Mike worked with me to resolve all my issues, I would like to say that give or take you win or loose thousand dollars, but it is the level of comfort the people in the dealership successfully achieve that makes the difference, a slight hint of shadiness, a slight ting of arrogance, anything thing that upset the customer mindset will do it for the customer to run. And i can say people at Preston are a perfect blend of small town earnestness and the big town sophistication that you will need for your experience. More

My Wife & I are very pleased with this dealership. The size of the showroom and the amount of space available for customer parking is impressive. There are plenty of cars in stock for purchase. I wish I had purchased the other 2 from here. Bruce Vincent really cut me a good deal on price, he beat the other dealer by far. RJ Jackson is a down to earth friendly guy, real easy to work with. Friends at my job have asked me about my car and I told them about the deal I got at Preston Hyundai. Some of them are in the market to buy and told me they are going to Preston this weekend to look around. It pays to treat your customers good, because they talk to friends about there experience.
