My daughter and I drove over an hour to look at a used wrangler. She is a college student and has driven her “first car” for close to 5 years. With A much needed upgrade this used vehicle’s mileage and co wrangler. She is a college student and has driven her “first car” for close to 5 years. With A much needed upgrade this used vehicle’s mileage and cost was in her budget. Upon test drive we noticed on the screen “gas cap” was showing so we stayed that to Alex the sales rep. “It was going to be looked into”. I also stated that (vehicle was a soft top) that the back window must have had a harsh chemical used on it as there was ZERO visibility. Alex stated that would be replaced for us if we were going to purchase. We therefore agreed to this. We did go unprepared to actually purchase vehicle at that time. So we would need to return the following day. They informed us everything could be done online/over phone as I had to work the following day. My daughter brought her laptop to my job the following morning and we filled out paperwork, she then had a friend drive her again out there to pick up car. This is where I’m shaming myself for allowing a young girl to go deal with a group of men at a dealership. Shame on me. This should be the most exciting time for her as she made her first “adult” purchase. Apparently there was a FINAL paper that needed to be signed which led to her sitting at the dealer for HOURS- the laptop was gone and I was struggling to access through my phone , mind you I’m also at work. I’m stressed out, she’s stressed out. I reached out a week ago as it was 2 weeks since purchase and we have yet to receive the replacement back window, I was told Alex would check with his GM and get it out to us. Another week has gone by and no window, no updates. My daughter left that day feeling like she had been interrogated, bullied and upset. I’m disgusted that we even gave them any business. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Horrible, horrible customer service. More

Went to look at an older sports car and was told that I couldn’t test drive the car unless we had some type of deal written up!!!! I never heard of such a thing. I’ve been to high end dealerships that neve couldn’t test drive the car unless we had some type of deal written up!!!! I never heard of such a thing. I’ve been to high end dealerships that never said something like that. However, this used car dealer selling a used $50,000 sports car, won’t let you test drive the car to see if you would even want to buy it. If they wanted to check your credit or something to insure you can afford the car, I could understand, but to tell someone you have write a deal first. Preston Mazda is a joke and should be avoided. I was told it’s their policy. What kind of Mickey Mouse dealership is this that makes a policy like that. The salesman was fine, just a ridiculous policy for a business that sells cars. More
