I have not even purchased a vehicle (new or used) yet but feel compelled to write even before I purchase: Walt contacted me by email fairly late Sunday night. He called early today. I realized that what I have stated might seem like he has been too aggressive; that would be very wrong. Walt is doing all he can to find the car that is right for me. He has been incredibly forthcoming in terms of "deals" on new vehicles and has clearly invited me to peruse the used vehicles. I feel as though he is my financial agent rather than an antagonistic and opportunistic sales person. I have the feeling that he will not care (at least not show it to me) whether I buy or lease a new car or simply buy the lowest priced used car to accommadte my budget (which has been compromised due to recent diabetes). I will write again when my purchase is complete. For now, I conur with the other writers who have found Preston to be of the highest quality and their home for auto care and cars in the future. I really liked how they give you their best price up front right off the bat. I did some research with book values and other dealerships prices and what Preston's best price was before I went there. In my mind, and what I found in my research, they were the best. I didn't have to haggle to get the best price. I don't like to dicker and I wanted in and out. They made my experience exactly that and I felt good when I left there despite my negative equity situation. Dave Micco is highly professional, understanding, and very up front. He offered me a car fax before I even asked for one. At no point did I get that shady feeling that I've gotten so many times in the past with other salesman or dealerships. So Dave, if you reads these, you can believe that I'll be back and I'll refer any friend or family member to you as long as I have to buy cars! I sincerely thank you! More
