Updated Previous review deleted. Bank didn't approve the loan, stating, "Value of vehicle is insufficient relative to requested loan amount" and gave a lower Previous review deleted. Bank didn't approve the loan, stating, "Value of vehicle is insufficient relative to requested loan amount" and gave a lower counter-offer. So the car was returned. I did not get my deposit back - part of which was the money for the monthly payment for my trade-in that was due just over 2 weeks later. And my trade-in was returned minus the floor mats, window visor deflectors, and inspection/emission stickers (the car was just inspected less than 3 weeks prior). They refused to replace ANY of those items. The inspection/emissions alone cost us over $74, and we had to get it done just to be able to drive the car. They prematurely paid off my trade-in and I had to hassle with getting that reversed before I could make my regular monthly car payment. More

While it took some time to locate the vehicle, both Jason (sales manager) and Sophie kept me updated on the status and worked tirelessly to find the exact vehicle match. Sophie and Donny (manager) were also instrumental in working out a great deal for me to trade up my 2014 to a 2016 Mazda 6. They recognized my financial needs, worked closely with me, and went the extra mile to bring this deal to closure.
