The convenience of the waiting room is exceptional - and coffee, hot chocolate, etc. to boot. snacks, too! how wonderful! (only problem is you need to accommodate clients waiting with some "straight-back" chairs. The lounge/sofa seats are too low and hard to get out of. More

Most calm buying experience I went into Preston Ford in thought I'd just tell them what I would like and come back later to purchase. I worked with Patrick and was so lucky to ha I went into Preston Ford in thought I'd just tell them what I would like and come back later to purchase. I worked with Patrick and was so lucky to have such a fun, calm person to work with. I was worried I'd be haggled and dimed over everything but Patrick made sure I got the best price for my trade in and for my new 2017 Ford Explorer. He answered all my questions and explained in detail more of what I should look for in a car. He was honest with my list of things I would like and to my surprise, they had exactly what I was looking for! It was a fast, calm, and even fun experience and I can't say enough about Preston Ford and Patrick! More

FAST BUT THOROUGH SERVICE Was able to schedule a routine service appointment on line in the morning and they were able to perform that service on that afternoon. Inspected for a recall...changed oil and filter...rotated tires and NO pressure sales for any additional service! I was in and out in about an hour...complete with car wash!
